Before assuming that the window regulator must be replaced you should first rule out the possibility of dirty electrical contacts. You can find forged pistons and high performance valves. but you can't find a supercharger? i would start by looking at the same distributor or retailer that sold you the pistons It might take a little machine work, but i would talk to an engine builder in or around your area to see what recomendations they have. Otherwise start googling.
