No they won't. If you have a 4.6L Romeo engine (VIN code 'W'), you would need to transfer a lot of parts to make the 4.6L Windsor engine (VIN code '6') to work. It's not just the cam sprocket that's different. The cam supports are two pieces on the Romeo engine, and individual cam bearing caps on the Windsor engines.
